20ft Office/Studio Conversion

East Coast Containers is offering this conversion package for a 20ft shipping container office. This package layout is customisable and is priced at $16,900 plus GST.

For this conversion, we use a 20ft new (one-trip) shipping container which is 6.1m long x 2.4 wide x 2.6m tall externally. We can also use a high-cube shipping container that stands at 2.9m tall, for $18,900 plus GST.

This modifications package includes:

• 50mm EPS cold room panel insulation
• Vinyl flooring
• 1200x900 sliding window
• 2100x2110 glass sliding door
• Electrical fit-out (1 x 15AMP inlet/distribution board, 2 x LED batten lights, 1 x light switch, 4 x double GPOs)
• 2.5kw split system air-conditioner (with unit placed between insulation and shipping doors)
